Instructions ― Sauté onion & celery; add garlic & wine; cook; add stock, tomato, chili flakes, sugar, oregano, salt & pepper; simmer for 1 hour. Add calamari, mussels, and fish; simmer for 5 minutes; stir in cream & basil; simmer a few minutes; serve in bowls with toast. #Fish_Soup
