Titanoboa! Sort of. (An art exhibit with an aluminium giant snake; Titanoboa was smaller but still huge! http://www.thisiscolossal.com/2013/05/a-giant-aluminum-snake-skeleton-rises-from-a-pool-of-water-at-the-queensland-art-gallery/)
Spinosaurus: Pending further discoveries, Spinosaurus is the current record-holder in the "world's largest carnivorous dinosaur" category: full-grown adults outweighed Tyrannosaurus Rex by about a ton and Giganotosaurus by about half a ton. Since so few Spinosaurus fossils are extant, it's possible that other individuals were even larger!
