Vicki's Candied Sweet Jalapeno Peppers Sugar Free/ These are so good. 1 (12 ounce) jar sliced jalapeno peppers 3/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute Directions: Pour the peppers, juice and all in a bowl. Stir in Splenda. Pack back into jar. Flip up 1 day and then down 1 day... do this process for 4 days in refrigerator. Then then enjoy and keep peppers refrigeratored.
Small Batch Pickled Jalapeno Peppers -This makes one quart. Great for when you want to put together some jalapenos out of season. I don't use a water bath on this, since it's just one jar, but you could if you wished.
