This Asian vinaigrette recipe is another easy variation on the basic vinaigrette formula. It's made with rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and fresh ginger.

This Asian vinaigrette recipe is another easy variation on the basic vinaigrette formula. It's made with rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil and fresh ginger.

Omelet Ingredients: 3 whole eggs. 1/4 diced red pepper. 1/4 diced onion. 1/4 cup almond milk. 1 cup mushrooms, sliced. Handful spinach leaves. Dash of sea salt. Directions: Saute 1 pan with peppers, onion, and mushrooms on low heat until vegetables soften, then add spinach leaves until wilting- remove heat. Once eggs harden, add vegetables to pan 2 and fold omelet.
