We just started another new and exciting partnership with District Compost in an effort to reduce our environmental footprint. Our Green Team has placed new composting bins in the kitchen and employee cafeteria for associates to dispose of compostable food waste. The compost will go to local farms to help grow local food. We are always thinking Thoughtfully Sourced and Carefully Served.
Last month, Hyatt Hotels introduced a new brandwide F program integrating sustainable local cuisine into all of the hotels globally, along with the new corporate website, Hyatt Food. The initiative, “Food. Thoughtfully Sourced. Carefully Served,” focuses on three pillars: health/nutrition, sustainability and community.
