Spicy Sweet Potato Fries: Preheat oven to 400'F. Peel 2 large sweet potatoes. Slice in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 4 wedges. Mix together 2 tsp. olive oil, 1 tsp. cayenne pepper, 2 tsp. smoked paprika & 1/2 tsp. salt. Toss wedges in the mixture, spread out on baking sheet & bake 35-45 min. Serves 4.
