If only the Geldert's had two more feet on their window wall. Perfection. Especially like the cabinets to the ceiling with crown moulding and without a valance. Nice transitional look that won't lose its identify or compete with the modern architecture.

Be inspired by an eclectic Victorian flat in north London

Kitchen-Diner The owners laid geometric tiles to delineate the kitchen, defining this space. The exposed brick wall and reclaimed floorboards create a rustic, interesting look. The Emery & Cie tiles are from Retrouvius, as are the lights over the cooker. The stools are from Baileys. Photograph by Jake Fitzjones
