fat and muscle ratio. - muscle does not "weigh more than fat". A pound is a pound the world around. But the same pound of muscle takes up less space than a pound of fat. I have to remember this.

Print it, put it on the fridge, work to change your ingrained behaviors.

People dont realize that changing your body is diet, and those of us who do (ME!) often fall into the instant gratification trap and forget about or goals.

This is NOT a myth, people. It is a cold, hard fact!

Out of Bed Workout: Repeat this cycle right when you wake up in the morning: 50 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 20 sit ups, 20 mountain climber.
