Tomato Garlic Bread 😍👌🏻 this is absolutely dreamy, a summery version of garlic bread.
Ingredients:
• 1 pint cherry tomatoes.
• 1 head of garlic (slice the top off).
• 8 oz butter.
• 2 tbsp white miso.
• 1/4 c grated parmigiano + more for topping.
• salt/pepper to taste.
• 1/2 tsp oregano.
• ciabatta.
•olive oil.
Directions:
• 1.-Place the tomatoes in a baking dish with the head of garlic. Drizzle a little olive oil, salt and pepper. Cover the head of garlic with foil.
• 2.- Bake at 375 for 1 hr 15 min. Halfway through, remove the foil and add a bit more olive oil.
• 3.- Let the tomatoes & garlic fully cool down.
• 4.- squeeze the garlic on top of the butter, add the miso, tomatoes, salt, pepper, oregano and parmigiano. Mix really well.
