some of the 'basics' are SO expensive though... A safe and warm home, a small cushion after the basic food, water, electricity, insurance are paid... Those are very hard to come by these days for so many of us. Forty hours a week should be and to me seems, more than enough (though when I had the opportunity I worked far more). An ideal life to me would be a home paid for, and the basics, and only work 30 hours per week - those ten extra hours can really make life easier.
Speak kindly to yourself for your thoughts impact your physical body. (Technically, it's stress hormone production which causes widespread inflammation and long-term damage to major organs...and yes, also affects the immune system's ability to function.)
