Today's lunch ✨ •••• I actually forgot to prep my breakfast and lunch today, but I still managed to grab something nutritious, lucky enough I always have boiled eggs and vegetables ready to eat •••• I literally threw the Vegetables, Mussels and egg together... Another protein power dish (by accident) #healthychoice #Lunch

This is a cute idea! Just dip your waffle cones in chocolate, add cut fruit and include your favorite fruit dip in the middle! smile emoticon My favorite fruit dip: 1 block of cream cheese 1 jar of Marshmallow Creme Mix together in to a creamy dipping consistency. You can adjust the thickness by adding more or less Marshmallow Creme. I like to add a tsp. or so of Vanilla Extract.

The recipe above can be used as the base to any overnight oatmeal flavor combination you can think of! Simply add the ingredients to a mason jar, shake, and let it sit in the fridge overnight and work its magic. In the morning, give it a stir and dig in!
