I meet my parents after work for some shopping and they wanted to grab something to eat, I used to always worry when I went to restaurant because I thought everything was going to make me go off track but after looking I realised most restaurants have these healthy opinions 💫✨ •••• so today's dinner is this beautiful over roasted Salmon Superfoods Salad filled with some of my favourite foods, I only ate half #healthychoices #pescetarian #eatingout #energyfood #yummy 🍃

I contemplated uploading this as it the ugliest weirdest lunch BUT this little dish is my guilty pleasure •••• it offers a massive 43g of protein 💫✨ whoever thought Beans, Tuna, vegetables and a Egg would taste so good together! I get the strangest looks when I make this but it honestly keeps you full for hours... My fav #healthychoices #protein #lunch 🍃💪🏽
