Shrimp burgers...I made the first 2 according to directions, didn't turn out like the picture.  So, I put the shrimp, egg, bread crumbs in the food processor,  then formed patties, coated with flour, and then cooked. Came out much more like patties.

I cooked the shrimp using Ina& roasted shrimp recipe. Served mine on toasted English muffins with spinach leaves and a slice of fried lemon. The lemon is the perfect topper.
