I am so excited to be able to offer a few of my Asian Arisaema selections for Spring 2014. The ubiquitous 'Jack-in-the-Pulpit are quickly becoming the much sought after woodland garden essential!


Anemone deCaen 'Blue Poppy' is a delightful corm that produces stunningly beautiful flowers in late Spring. For those too timid to attempt the real thing [Meconopsis] this one always delights

A personal favourite, Polygonatum x hybridum 'Betberg' emerges in the Spring with purple 'bruised' foliage! Currently under propagation.

Ranunculus is one of the earliest blooming annuals in the nursery. It adds a cheery burst of colour after the long, cold winter!

We added a staging border this year where we highlight planting combinations in scale to assist customers in making their selections. It is also home to some of our newest arrivals so make sure to check it out every time you visit!

The buzz at the nursery in 2013 seemed to emanate from this, our 'Jurassic Garden' which is home to some of the most unique tropicals imaginable, considering we're in Zone 5! We truly are the 'Kings and Queen of Zonal Denial!'

A darling, well behaved perennial member of the mint family..... Melittis melissophylum 'Royal Velvet Distinction' flew off the benches in 2013. It'll be back for 2014 for sure!

The hypnotic bloom of our resident Jurassic Garden Datura. Hopeful we will have a few of this majestically large beauty for sale in 2014
