I got a fresh turkey breast roast from smiths. It was seasoned and boneless with skin on. Cooked in the oven on the roasting setting. Used tin roasting pan 1/2 inch of water uncovered. Butter on the skin. Bottom rack 325-350 took over 3 hours.
