Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip Dinner: 4 chicken breast, 1 sweet onion sliced, 3/4C. Franks Hot Sauce, 1C. Fat free cottage cheese, 1 packet ranch dressing mix, black pepper to taste. - Line bottom of crock pot with onion, place chicken on top, mix everything else and pour over chicken. Cook on high 4 hours, pull apart chicken, then cook on warm for half hour in juices. Enjoy!
