I had to wait so long for the first snow in Northern Bavaria but it came over night. Not so much but enough to go out early to park "Schönbusch". Still playing with the XT-1 and I just can say, if you are looking for something new, take this camera, add the 23mm f/1.4 and you will be a happy photographer.
This monument marks the spot where Bonnie Prince Charlie raised his standard in 1745 known as the Jacobite Rising. Set amidst superb Highland scenery at the head of Loch Shiel, Near Fort William. The Glenfinnan Monument is a tribute to the clansmen who fought and died for the cause of Prince Charles Edward Stuart.
