BUCKET LIST: Make up my own weird ice cream flavour Vegan Rose Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream. ☆☆☆This froze up very stiff for me but was good after softened in the blender with additional almond milk. Next time I will try as Popsicles!
Not made this for a while but it is lovely - I use a tbsp of flavoured syrup in mine instead of the vanilla - Put the condensed milk, cream and vanilla into a large bowl. Beat with an electric whisk until thick and quite stiff, a bit like clotted cream. Scrape into a freezer container or a large loaf tin, cover with cling film and freeze until solid.
This is the ultimate Easter showstopper – homemade spiced vanilla ice cream, chocolate bunny ear meringues, chunks of toasted hot cross bun, and plenty of chocolate sauce all in one bowl. It's like an Easter Freakshake - but better!
