Start of the morning diall-in.  Every day I spend thirty minutes to an hour playing around with the recipe for each espresso and filter I'm brewing to try and get it as tasty as possible. Sometimes it can take even longer with a new tricky coffee.  It's 'dialling in' and maintaining a strict recipe that seperates the good coffee shops from the bad.  If I used the same coffee all the time I could cut this down to 10/15 minutes per day.  What would the fun in that be though?
