Lemon Garlic Vinaigrette #recipe ½ cup olive oil ¼ cup cider vinegar 3 cloves garlic, grated 1 lemon, juiced 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp salt ¼ tsp pepper 1 tsp dijon mustard 1 Tbls honey Combine all the ingredients in a mason jar or plastic container with a tight fitting lid. Shake well for 30 seconds. Serve. Store in fridge for up to a week.

Emulsify: Slowly drizzle in oil, whisking constantly. Chill: Stir in chives. Cover and chill.
