Close your eyes, image your bare feet walking in the grass (I visualise tree roots under the ground as well) Then Open your crown chakra, (top of head) and imagine a white light coming out the top, and circling around your body, this is your protection bubble. Visualise yourself inside it, safe and protected. Only takes a minute or so. For extra grounding, walk bare foot, carry crystals.
