This is an older one I've had kicking around for awhile. The distinctive feature I would definitely use again is the layered punched-out edge created by lining up the pattern and then offsetting the two papers a couple of millimetres.

The cut-off effect of the flowers around the sentiment was created by temporarily adhering a bit of scrap paper over the area I wanted to leave blank, in the case rectangular. I then stamped the words in the empty spot. A simple cuttlebug embossing on the grey background nicely offsets the unembossed sentiment. The blue and white patterned edge is touched up with a bit of white ink topped off with clear, glittery embossing powder.
