Tundra always strives to give back to the community and help various organizations. Last weekend Heather Hart from Tundra’s accounting department took on the Tundra spirit and played in the Batting Against Breast Cancer ball tournament. Their team placed 3rd in their division. They raised over $2,500. Congrats Heather, nice work!
Last week the Tundra team and technicians from SSI Calgary delivered a trailer full of necessities to folks just outside of Edmonton. The goods will be used by folks displaced by the wildfires and currently living in campgrounds NE of Edmonton. Thanks to all who donated and dropped off toiletries and other necessities!

The devastating wildfire in Ft. McMurray continues to burn, and Tundra has pledged to help assist and with recovery efforts where possible. Tundra families are helping too, and David D. of Tundra’s Edmonton office has a lot to be proud of this week. His girls operated a lemonade stand through the weekend and raised $425 to support Ft. McMurray. Tundra will match the donation, making the lemonade stand efforts worth $850. Way to go girls - Tundra is proud of you!

Jason Beacock and his son Caden had an excellent time supporting Rangeland Engineering at their annual Golf Tournament over the weekend. In the process, Caden raised over $700 dollars for the Kids Cancer Care Foundation by out-driving golfers on our sponsored Par 3. Tundra is happy to match Caden’s efforts for a total of $1400. Thank you to everyone that attended for being good sports and supporting a great cause! Great Job Caden!
On Tuesday afternoon, Tundra CEO Iggy Domagalski spoke at the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) 2016 Capital Connection event in Calgary. With a conference focus on deal opportunities and emerging business trends, Iggy shared some of Tundra’s successes and how Tundra plans to build and grow. Attendees were able to connect with peers and gain important insight into topics that will impact deal flow in western Canada. #ACG #CalgaryCapitalConnection
Last Thursday, our team had a fantastic time at our "Chips for Charity" quarterly poker tournament! To date, this is the largest tournament we have hosted, with an astounding 70+ guests in attendance! A total of $1500 was raised at the tournament, and as always, Tundra matched the funds and a donation will be made to Kids Cancer Care for $3000. Way to go everybody, chippin' in for a great cause.
