Military General Service Medal 1793-1814 Captain George Mackay 78th Highlanders, the medal has single clasp Maida. Medal is fitted with a brooch bar to the ribbon. Medal has some minor contact marks. Appointed as a Lieutenant in the 78th Highlanders on 4th July 1797. In 1804 he was promoted to Captain. He became Brevet Major 4th June 1815.
