Bonelos Aga one of my favorites! or in other words, Chamorro banana donuts babe

BONELOS AGA aka Banana donuts, “Chamorro Style”!  These are traditional island treats made of a sweet banana batter, fried up to a golden brown.  They’re fast, they’re easy,…

Chamorro Banana Donuts aka "Bonelos Aga" definitely trying this.

Buñelos Månglo’ (aka Typhoon Donuts)

Buñelos Månglo’ (aka Typhoon Donuts) Buñelos Månglo’ is another Chamorro dessert. The name is loosely translated into “Air Donuts”.

ROSKETTI - I won’t lie to you…you WILL need to have a tall glass of milk or water when you eat these starchy Chamorro cookies. It calls for an entire container of corn starch after all, but despite all that starch, this is a melt-in-your mouth cookie you won’t want to miss out on.

GUYURIA - (Pronounced gu-ju-ree-ah) This is another traditional Chamorro cookie (Rosketti is another). Some of my friends call them jawbreakers because of their rock-hard texture. This cookie is not baked, however, it is DEEP FRIED and glazed in a thick sugar syrup that hardens when dry.
