Pineapple Cream Cheese Bars Ingredients: 1 Store bought Pineapple Cake Box Mix 2 Large Eggs, used separately 1/2 Cup Olive Oil 1 Brick (8 Oz) Cream Cheese, room temperature 1/4 Cup Sugar 2 TBS Crushed Pineapple with juice from small can Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees 2. Mix dry cake mix, 1 egg, and oil until crumbly; reserve 1-1/4 cup. 3. Press remaining mixture lightly into an ungreased 7×9 inch pan. 4. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees 5. Beat cream cheese, 1 egg, sugar and crushed pineapple until smooth. 6. Spread over baked layer and then sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over the top. 7. Bake for an additional 13 minutes. 8. Cool completely before cutting into bars. 9. Refrigerate for 1 hour 10. Serve Chilled and ENJOY!
