Mashed cauliflower with pine nuts garlic & basil. - lid Stream 2 heads of cauliflower till tender. drain and set a side. Saute 1\4 th cup raw pine nuts in large pan with 1 Tbs olive oil . Add 1 clove garlic minced. 6 large basil leaves rolled up and chopped and you can add mushrooms and or sun dried tomatoes if you made them your self. Add cauliflower mash in pan while on med\low letting steam out till you get the right consistancy. Add iodine free kosher salt and pepper to taste.
