I love using "found" objects for kids crafts and this site has all kinds of ideas for using toilet paper rolls for crafts, most with connections to kids books.

So, technically this isn't a toilet paper roll craft, but I did think it was a craft way to display your toilet paper. Evidently, there is a whole book dedicated to toilet paper origami.
