Crockpot Golden Vegetable Tagine. Oh.my.goodness. This stew is to die for!!! It is delicious. Filled with tender chunks of butternut squash, carrots, and rutabega. The spices blend together perfectly and soak into the veggies. So yummy! I will definitely be making this again. The hubby and baby loved it, so thumbs up all around.
How to make Gougere - the classic French cheese puffs. In stead of piping them like I used to, I now use a disher to portion them out before baking. Add lots of Parmesan and chives and you have a great appetizer, lovely with a glass of wine. Make them with wheat flour or gluten-free. And they freeze!
