This is my first time back on a reformer since having major surgery 5 weeks ago.  I am sort of cleared to do these things! Watching everyone has been a total inspiration and was super motivating to create new movement. This was inspired by @efpilates who did a floor version. I used a red spring and had my ankles crossed.  The round back pressing into the circle was a great way to connect to the upper abs. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨
