Smokey Sweet Potato and Black Bean Soup. Add chopped flank steak next time, and diced red onion as topper. Avocado didn't add anything to flavor so skip next time. Puréed most of it. Left some chunks right in pan.  3 cups chicken broth next time. 2 was too thick. We all liked flavor. Freshly grated cheddar on top too
