This is a Heian princess (hime)'s wedding dress.  It's from the Costume Museum website, but it only appears on the Japanese version of the site (a lot of the costumes never made it to the English version, for whatever reason.)    She's wearing maroon kosode and nagabakama, covered by the outer robes (from inside out): 1. hitoe, 2. koromo [note: this is the only ensemble I've seen with one- it's the white layer coat), 3. POSSIBLY some kinu (although it could be kouchigi linings) 4. Kouchigi
