#paleo Peach Blackberry Ice Cream: 1 can full fat coconut milk; ⅓ cup organic maple sugar (substitute honey or maple syrup?); 1 Tbsp gelatin (grass-fed cows: Great Lakes brand, unflavored, kosher); 4 pastured egg yolks; 2 Tbsp vanilla extract; 1 lb fresh local peaches (about 6-8 small peaches); 1 cup fresh local blackberries
