Pasta Bake 1 lb rotini or penne pasta, canola oil, water, 1 jar sauce, 1 1/2 cups shredded Italian blend cheese Pour dry pasta into Deep Covered Baker. Spritz with oil, tossing to coat. Add water, just below covering pasta. Cover, cook on high in microwave 15 minutes. Water should be absorbed and pasta al dente. Remove lid, stir. Mix in 1 cup of cheese and the sauce. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Cover and cook 8 minutes on high in microwave.
