William Mitchell – Designer, Sculptor & Artist A wonderful speaker. This is a picture of the work at Leon House, Croydon. The sculpture, formed by carving concrete whilst the second coat was still wet, is an integral part of the building, so cannot be destroyed. However, it has been boarded over to turn the building into a bland white box. Maybe there should be comments sent to the building owners to uncover this art?
