Mini Banana Oat Muffins... These were quick and easy to make... and I added a couple of scoops of protein powder for an extra dose of protein.  I also threw in a handful of raisins too.  It was a tasty light and healthy muffin.  Only uses 1/4 c of sugar, but after I added it I wished I had tried honey instead.
