Some cardboard and tape and this could be adapted into an awesome meeting/party/camp activity!  Our bright orange Fitness Dice are a great way to keep your child active and they help build counting skills! Roll the die and then perform the exercise however many times the numbered die tells you to! You may roll 4 jumping jacks, 6 sit-ups, or 10 push-ups! One dice has fitness and exercise instructions and the other has large screen-printed numbers.
