Linguine with Shrimp Scampi Recipe - -    Adapted from Ina Garten’s Barefoot Contessa Family Style Cookbook - -  When I first made it I thought it was delicious but this pasta dish could be made with less butter and less olive oil. So I changed the amount of butter and olive oil. The original recipe serves 6 and my recipe serves 4.
