El colibrí rufo (Selasphorus rufus) La ubicación extremadamente diversificada del colibrí rufo resulta muy interesante. En primer lugar, poseen una de las rutas más largas de migración entre las aves. Algunos de ellos recorren más de 2.000 kilómetros (y eso es sólo en un sentido). Tienen que estar muy fuertes y bien alimentados con el fin de ser capaces de recorrer este tipo de distancia anualmente.
