Cook potato in the microwave (6-7 minutes). Cut in half lengthwise.  Score down  to the skin making squares in each half.  Season with parmesan cheese, butter and Lawrey's seasoning salt.  Broil on aluminum foil lined pan placed on middle rack of oven for 10-15 minutes.
