Rat na (ราดหน้า) or Lard Na. Had this dish at the Jim Thompson House in Bangkok. It's all about the stir-fried wide rice noodles and gravy. The secret sauce is a blend of soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and probably monosodium glutamate. Damn, it’s good though. #bangkok #thailand #jimthompson #jimthompsonhouse #silkroad #lardna #amazingthailand #instatravel #travel #tourism #thaifood #thai
I'm a creature of habit. I know what I want and it is fried morning glories in oyster sauce garlic chilis with rice. In one all purpose dish I'm keeping mosquitoes away raising my metabolism adding fiber to my diet and feeling oral sensations. Probably could've done without the rice. Today I'm having it on Sulhumvit Soi 38 a well known street food area in #Bangkok! Last restaurant on the block. #thailand
This is a Thai style oyster at Samut Prakan market, about an hour from central Bangkok. The oyster is topped with a fried chili, chili lime sauce, crispy shallots, and roasted chili sauce - Thai style oysters.
The Henry Austin’s hearty braised beef shin is slow cooked until the meat is so tender it’s almost falling off the bone. Accompanied by their mixed grain salad and a herby yoghurt sauce, it& a perfectly balanced and comforting meal.
