Caramel Cappuccino Cheesecake-this is the lightest, fluffiest cheesecake I've ever had, it's amazing! Making it for Thanksgiving trading the caramel for pumpkin and adding pumpkin spice to make it into a pumpkin spice latte cheesecake, should be tasty!
