Sugar free Rhubarb, Vanilla and Rooibos Tea compote. Dukan Friendly. Chop 2 cups rhubarb into chunks put in saucepan. Add Vanilla & Rooibos Tea bag, vanilla essence (sugar free) or 5cm of vanilla pod, splash of no added sugar orange squash concentrate, 2 tbs powdered sweetner or to taste, 1/2 tsp of powdered ginger, zest & juice of a lime, 2 or 3 cups of tap water. Gently simmer until rhubarb breaks up & is soft. Eat hot or cold with porridge or yog, quark etc.
