Here’s a delicious breakfast casserole that’s sure to bring the whole family to the table. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large skillet, cook sausage & onion for about 8-10 minutes. Stir frequently. Drain & keep it aside. Place hash browns in a 13x9-inch baking pan & cover them with layers of sausage mixture, broccoli, tomato & cheese. In a large bowl, blend eggs, milk, salt & pepper. Pour this mixture in a pan & bake it for 35-45 minutes. Let it cool for 10 minutes. Cut into squares & serve.
