127] Day 122- Day 9 Calorie Counting- The thing I love about calorie counting. I can eat exactly what I want to eat, as long as it is with in my 1750-calories. Or. I have at least a 500-calorie deficit {to lose 1lb}. If I stick to 1750-calories & don't exercise. I have at least a deficit of 750-calories each day. I have been doing lots of gardening, so burning at least 5-calories each minute I am gardening...

79] Day 22. Week 3 weigh day---"Grrrrrr!!!" I gained 1.5lb...WTF! Definitely time to start counting calories rather then relying on healthy eating. So. I chose to have a planned cheat day. Which ended with me feeling so ill & unable to sleep. Pizza takeaway. WTF! is in it? Processed CRAP! I spose...
