The 39-year-old Australian closed with a nine-under 63 to finish with a 19-under 269 and win this event for the second time in three years.  "I thought I would be in a playoff not standing here the winner," said Webb.  This was Webb s second win of the year, and 41st of her career on the LPGA Tour.
