Grilled Pineapple-This one looks good but I have an easier one that doesn’t need a grill. I melt a couple of tablespoons of butter in a nonstick skillet and sauté 1/2 inch slices of fresh pineapple on medium high heat. Sprinkle them generously with cinnamon sugar. Turn and sprinkle the other side. Continue sautéing until they are golden brown, taking care that they do not burn. These are so good.
