Heaping 2tbsp applesauce. 1/4c brown rice syrup, 3tbsp maple cinnamon almond butter with hemp, flax, chia or other nut butter. 1tsp puere vanilla extract. 2vanilla beans scraped, 1/2 tsp almond extract.
