Macrobiotic Dessert: "Pear & Fig Crumb" to make:  "Pear, dried fig, sea salt, apple juice in the sauce pan. Bring to boil then simmer. Add Kuzu (dissolve water) for thicken. Transfer to the gratin dish. Sprinkle crumb on top then bake. Crumb’s ingredients are rolled oat, flour, oil, pure maple syrup. All ingredients mix in the bowl. It's easy."
