1️⃣ sit-up taps // 3set x 15-20reps oufff sit-ups are awarded remember to keep that lower back down babes
2️⃣ side hip raise elbow to knee // 3set x 10reps each side I really like this variation
3️⃣ v sit in & out crunch variation // 3set x 10reps lol this one is awful 😆
4️⃣ plank walkout to crunch // 3set x 10reps fave plank variation okkk
