1. Steam 1 head cauliflower until soft. 2. Mash with a fork. 3. Blend with 1/2 cup of soymilk until smooth and creamy. 4. Mix in 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder, 1 tsp. rosemary, 1 tsp. italian spices. Optional: fresh basil, roasted garlic, carmelized onions, pan-roasted nuts.
